 T&Cs FOR WARRANTY LIFE TIME WARRANTY

   This warranty appiles solely to Prestivo Tyres and will be honoured only at the dealer the tyre was originally fitted.

 

The guarantee is valid for the lifetime of tyre tyre provided there is a minimum depth of 2mm remaining around the entire central circumference of the tyre equal to 3/4 of the tread width.

 

Work will only be carried out upon production of the original receipt and a fully completed warranty leaflet.

 

Tyres are covered for suspected manufacturing faults and/or accidental damage.

 

Any tyre that can be repaired within the limits of the current BSAU 159 "minor damage standard" will be repaired free of charge.

 

Tyres with a suspected manufacturing fault or tyres irrepairably damaged will be replaced at the following rates:

 

TREAD REMAINING DISCOUNT

8mm and above 100 % allowance

Below 8mm and 6mm 75% allowance

Below 6mm and 4mm 50% allowance

Below 4mm and 2mm 25% allowance

Below 2mm NIL allowance

 

It is Conditional for the application and maintenance of this warranty that a new tubeless valve is fitted and corrective wheel balance carried out at the time of fitting repair or replacement of the tyre.These services are chargeable.

 

This warranty is transferable with the ownership of the vehicle.

 

Tyres that fail due to criminal or malicious damage,vanalism,improper use,fire,theft,use in competitive sport,road accident,mechanical defect (such as incorrect wheel alignment),repair by another garage or incorrect tyre pressures are excluded from this warranty .

 

This warranty excludes 4x4 ,commercial vehicles , taxis , private hire vehicles and driving school vehicles.

 

This warranty is invalid if the tyre is removed or repaired by any other company or individual .

 This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights which are unaffected.
